  I'm not a die hard Starbucks drinker because frankly I can't afford to be, but I've visited a number of Starbucks throughout the city and, although SB is known for their great baristas and wonderful service the Bayview location takes the cake for me.
  
  Over Christmas I wanted to buy a mug as a gift and the ladies working that day helped me make a selection, they were very knowledgable as well which I appreciated.
  
  AND, when I had mentioned during payment that my wallet was stolen the day before, a pleasant Felicia offered me a drink on the house! Never enjoyed a PTL more, even in the cold weather.
  
  Wonderful staff here. Loved the kindness.

  Very happy with the service today. Staff are social and eager to fix a mistake. Nice atmosphere. Fed my infant son Cheerios and yogurt with no complaints of "outside food" that you might get elsewhere when feeding a baby.

  I have just had a horrible experience at this location. As I picked up my order and took a sip, I realized the Barista did a poor job of closing the lid properly and I had coffee spill all over my white outfit. Thankfully it was a cold drink and I didn't end up  burning to death. Annoyed, I approached the Barista and let him know that he over filled the drink and didn't end up closing the lid properly. He looked at me and carelessly asked "you want another lid? Here!" And that was the end of that. No apology, no care in the world from his end.
  
  I will never be visiting this location again. This is not the customer service starbucks strives for. It's unacceptable!!

  Saturday night, this Starbucks is dead... Well all besides the fruit flies (4) in the cake display.
  
  I ordered a kids hot chocolate, it was cold!!! I know the kids drinks aren't heated to hot, but this was cold and the girl was chincy on the milk & whipped cream!  
  
  I wouldn't recommend this location.

  It's more spacious than it might seem. Theres some tables in the font but also a seating area in the back.
  
  The people in here are older and you don't really see students taking over the place with their computers. Instead today I see a lot of older men and their newspapers.
  
  The baristas are friendly and they made me a green tea latte.
  
  Free parking from 8-6pm on mon -fri Belsize right across.
